Job summary

Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a Part-Time Evening Janitorial Cleaner in Kendallville, IN. The role covers an 5:00 PM–10:00 PM, Monday–Friday schedule with approximately 25 hours per week to keep commercial facilities clean, safe, and professional.

The position includes paid training, performance bonuses, and opportunities for advancement. Dependable attendance and ability to follow instructions are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Dependable with consistent attendance
• Able to work independently and complete assigned duties
• Comfortable following written and verbal instructions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Previous commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required
• Willing to learn proper cleaning procedures and product usage

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors and stairs
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Cleaning sinks, countertops, and break-room areas
• Restocking restroom, break-room, and common-area supplies
• Emptying trash containers and replacing liners
• Cleaning trash receptacles as needed
• Dusting desks, furniture, and other approved surfaces
• Maintaining clean and organized janitorial closets
• Using cleaning products and equipment safely
• Reporting supply shortages, maintenance concerns, or safety issues to your supervisor
