Harvard Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a Cleaner in the Minneapolis area to perform basic cleaning across common areas and facilities. The role offers multiple shifts and both full-time and part-time opportunities, with a focus on reliability and safe work practices.

Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, floors, windows, and surfaces, handling trash, and reporting maintenance or safety concerns. The position emphasizes physical fitness and dependable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites is a must.
• Capable of bending, lifting, standing, and performing physical duties.
• Must be willing to work the assigned hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic cleaning of all common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture and fixtures.
• Sweep, mop, dust, polish, and vacuum floors in all areas.
• Clean and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas; empty trash and recycling; dispose of waste properly.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums safely and efficiently.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies; report maintenance issues to management.
