Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Must be willing to work assigned hours.
• Capable of performing the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic cleaning of all common areas, restrooms, entrances and floors.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and break rooms.
• Empty trash and recycling and dispose of waste properly.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors and clean furnishings and fixtures.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers and vacuums.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Attend to spill cleanup and related duties as needed.
