Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Janitorial Cleaner to maintain clean, safe facilities. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:00 pm–10:00 pm at 3700 Bay Area Blvd. Pay is $10.00 per hour, with weekly pay and ABM’s benefits package. Veterans and military-experienced applicants are encouraged to apply.

The role involves routine cleaning, restroom sanitation, trash handling, and event setup support, all while following safety and sanitation standards to ensure a positive workplace experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies.
• Empty trash and recycling bins per policy.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies properly.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisor.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings or events.
• Follow safety procedures and company protocols.
