Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Porter for our janitorial services team at our Phoenix, AZ location. This hourly, non-exempt role involves cleaning duties, customer interaction, and meeting daily site needs in high-traffic environments.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with shifts from 5pm to 1:30am and additional schedules on weekends. Responsibilities include providing attentive service, following safety rules, lifting up to 49 pounds, and using KBSPresence for timekeeping.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds as part of cleaning duties.
• Excellent customer service and communication with clients and staff.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services in high-traffic sites and interact with customers.
• Lead and respond to customer requests and daily janitorial duties.
• Follow safety rules and use cleaning chemicals as required.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and attendance using KBSPresence.
• Perform other duties as directed by the manager.
