Job summary

The Budd Group in Nashville, TN is seeking a Janitorial Lead Cleaner (Section Lead) to oversee evening cleaning operations for a designated facility area. You will supervise cleaning teams, perform core cleaning tasks, and conduct routine quality checks to ensure standards are met.

Schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour. Candidates should have 1–3 years of janitorial or custodial experience and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively.
• Strong eye for detail and reliable communication.
• Punctuality and dependability for evening schedule.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work performed by cleaning teams to ensure standards and scopes are met.
• Perform hands-on cleaning: trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, restrooms.
• Ensure spaces remain sanitized, orderly, and well-maintained each evening.
• Coordinate with supervisor and team to resolve missed areas or priority shifts.
• Carry out additional cleaning and supervisory support duties as assigned.
