Job summary

Pacific Building Services (PBS) seeks a reliable Float Janitorial team member based in Bellevue, WA, working Sunday-Thursday evenings 5:30pm–2:00am. The role covers cleaning, dusting, mopping, trash removal, vacuuming, and restroom sanitization across multiple King County sites.

Requires English communication, a valid WA driver’s license and background check. This full-time position offers a stable local role with on-site duties at PBS HQ and travel to worksites.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must have a valid WA driver’s license & insurance.
• Requires ability to perform janitorial duties.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Surface Cleaning: Wipe all frequently used surfaces with disinfectant.
• Dusting: Dust desks, ledges, cabinets, phones, computers, shelves, chairs and other office furniture.
• Mopping: Damp mop floors/stairs; set up barricades as needed.
• Trash Removal: Lift and dispose of trash; empty and replace liners; keep areas clean.
• Vacuuming: Vacuum carpeted areas; may include pattern cleaning.
• Restrooms: Sanitize urinals, toilets, sinks; replenish supplies; clean glass andPartitions.
