Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Crew Member in Douglas, GA to support our fast-paced facilities team. This role offers a stable afternoon shift, hands-on cleaning duties, and opportunities to grow with a respected national provider.

Starting pay is $10.00 per hour, with benefits eligibility for part-time staff and programs like Quick Pay and 401(k) matching. You’ll follow safety guidelines, lift up to 49 pounds, and maintain clean spaces per procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
• Walking in and around the facility with great frequency during the shift.
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10–12 hours.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and other documents (generally in English; some Spanish as required).
• KBSPresence timekeeping app usage and cell phone reimbursement where required by local law.

Responsibilities

• Performs work according to standard procedure and the building's operational schedule.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors in designated areas.
• Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; polish stainless steel surfaces.
• Dust fixtures, shelves, and products as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of customer and team restrooms; clean and police as needed.
• Complete sweep logs as directed.
• Operate and sanitize all equipment safely.
• Follow health and sanitation procedures and safe work practices.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
