Varsity Facility Services - a KBS Company in Owensboro, KY is seeking a Janitorial Crew Member for a fast-paced environment. The role supports cleaning duties across rooms, restrooms, offices, halls and windows, aligned with safe operation of equipment and adherence to health procedures.

Starting pay is $13.00–$14.08 per hour with shifts at 8:00 pm to 10:30 pm. The position requires lifting up to 49 pounds and standing/walking for long periods, with bilingual safety reading allowed where needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds.
• Stand and walk for 10–12 hours during shifts.
• Read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties according to established procedures and schedule.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, stairways and windows.
• Sweep, mop, and remove debris across the facility.
• Clean windows and polish stainless surfaces as needed.
• Dust fixtures, shelves and products.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms for customers and staff.
• Complete required sweep logs and reports.
• Operate and sanitize equipment safely.
• Follow health, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor.
