The Clean Image, a fast-growing janitorial cleaning company, is seeking part-time staff to support our Hartford, Simsbury, and West Hartford locations. Responsibilities include general cleaning, restroom sanitation, and trash disposal, with training provided.

Shifts run Mon-Sat in Hartford (5:00–6:30pm, about 3.5 hours), Mon-Fri in Simsbury (3:30–6:00pm, about 3–4 hours), and Mon-Fri in West Hartford (5:00–6:30pm, about 3+ hours).

Qualifications

• Pass background check and speak good English.
• On-the-job training provided; janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently.
• Ideal candidates are customer service oriented and good with people.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Perform general cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting).
• Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies (soap, TP, towels).
• Clean and disinfect high-touch areas to maintain health and safety.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and use of protective equipment.
