Job summary

Scioto Services, part of Marsden Holding Company, seeks a part-time evening janitorial assistant to perform cleaning duties across sites in Michigan. Schedule includes a 6:00 PM–8:00 PM start window, with 10–25 hours weekly and Saturdays; Wednesdays off.

You will work independently at assigned locations, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Applicants must have reliable transportation, active auto insurance, a valid driver's license, and pass drug/background checks.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE Reliable transportation, active auto insurance (LISTED) driver, and a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• You must be 18 years or older.
• For safety reasons, basic English proficiency is required.

Shift:

Monday through Saturday (Wednesdays off)
Training: Starts at 6:00 PM
Regular Schedule: Flexible start time between 6:00–8:00 PM
Hours: 10–25 hours per week (varies by route and bank needs)

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

• Cleaning restrooms/breakrooms
• Trash removal
• Sweeping/Mopping
• Window washing

Driving & Vehicle Requirements

• Reliable Transportation is Non-Negotiable: You must have a dependable, insured vehicle capable of daily travel. Tocomply with policy/regulations, you must be designated as a (LISTED) driver since you are the person that will be operating the vehicle.
• All-Weather Comfort: You must be comfortable driving in Michigan winters and rain.
• Smartphone Proficiency: Ability to use GPS and mobile apps to clock in/out at multiple geographic locations throughout the night.
