Job summary

Harvard Maintenance, Inc is hiring a Cleaner to perform basic cleaning across common areas, restrooms, entrances, and more. Multiple shifts and full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities are available.

You’ll operate cleaning equipment and follow safety protocols while delivering consistently high standards. The role requires at least 1 year of experience preferred, strong communication, reliable transportation, and the stamina to meet physical demands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred.
• Capable of performing the physical demands of the job.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Attend to flooded areas and related clean-up work for trash/restroom concerns.
