Job summary

Harvard Maintenance is seeking a dedicated janitorial professional for evening shifts in San Antonio, TX. As a valued member of our team, you will perform general cleaning duties across restrooms, break rooms, and common areas, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Minimum of 1 year of cleaning experience is preferred. You should be able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods, have reliable transportation, and communicate clearly with staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks (bending, lifting, standing).
• Reliable transportation to work sites.
• Strong communication with team and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all basic cleaning
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Empty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly
• Cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in all areas
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
• Performs additional duties as required, including attending to flooded areas and related clean-up work for trash and restroom concerns
