Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Janitorial Cleaner in Sandy, UT. The role is on-site, Monday through Friday, 2:30pm–8:30pm, at a pay of $15.00 per hour. You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment across assigned facilities.

Responsibilities include routine cleaning, restroom sanitation, waste handling, and event setup. ABM emphasizes safety, diversity, and a comprehensive benefits package; veterans are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous janitorial/custodial experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and maintain hygiene standards.
• Empty trash and recycling per policy.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Store and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies properly.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisor.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings or events as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company protocols.
