Job summary

B and B Maintenance in North Chicago, IL is seeking a part-time cleaning associate to maintain clean, disinfected buildings and assist customers with cleaning needs in the evening hours.

The schedule is Monday-Friday, 5pm-10pm, about 25 hours a week, with competitive hourly pay and eligibility for the ESOP.

Candidates should be dependable, punctual, detail oriented, and able to access websites and trainings from computer or smartphone.

Part-Time Cleaning Position Available in North Chicago, IL

Evening Hours, Flexible Schedule, Bi-Weekly Pay, 25 Hours per Week

Responsibilities:

• Keeping assigned buildings clean, disinfected, and in an orderly condition while attending to customers' cleaning needs as requested
• Respond to emergency tickets in a timely manner
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment, and notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Follow all health and safety regulations, and complete all necessary trainings put out by the corporate office

Compensation & Hours:

• B and B Maintenance offers competitive hourly salaries based on experience and skill set. The pay range for this position is $17.50/hour.
• Equity Participation: This role is eligible to participate in the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), providing the opportunity to earn equity and share in the long‑term growth and success of the business.
