Job summary

The YMCA of Natrona County is seeking a reliable janitorial staff member to maintain a clean, safe facility for members and staff. You will perform housekeeping duties, monitor supplies, and assist the Facilities Director with maintenance tasks.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to relate well to diverse groups, and compliance with safety standards. A high school diploma or GED and prior cleaning experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a commercial cleaning environment or closely related field preferred.
• Complete within 90 days of hire: Child Abuse Prevention Training; CPR; First Aid
• Completion of YMCA risk management and other maintenance-specific certifications, as needed.
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community and successful clearance of background check and drug test.
• Reliable transportation is required.

The janitorial staff help members and participants reach their goals by maintaining a clean and safe environment through dependable housekeeping services for YMCA grounds, facilities and equipment.

Hours Available:

• M-F Evening Shift 2 pm to 9 pm
