Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana (GCSI) is seeking a part-time janitor at our Indianapolis facility under the AbilityOne program. The role includes cleaning offices, hallways, restrooms, and public areas during evening hours, 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Tuesday through Saturday, at 9702 E 59th St Ste A, Indianapolis, IN 46216.

Responsibilities include cleaning fixtures, disinfecting surfaces, stocking bathroom supplies, and maintaining a clean environment.

Qualifications

• No degree or credential requirements; the org values capability and learning.
• AbilityOne program experience or awareness is beneficial but not required.
• Safety protocols must be followed in all cleaning activities.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes fixtures, surfaces and floors.
• Cleans bathrooms and replenishes supplies.
• Transports trash and maintains clean, orderly work areas.
• Sets up furniture for events and meetings.
• Communicates with management and customers as needed.
