Job summary

SSC Services For Education is hiring immediately for full time JANITOR positions at Bentonville SD - Centerton, AR. The role keeps buildings clean and orderly with heavy cleaning duties and routine sanitation. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm to 12:30 pm.

Prior janitorial and general cleaning experience is required. The pay range is $15.75 to $16.25 per hour, with opportunities at other district locations.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly and performs heavy cleaning duties.
• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures.
• Dusts and damp mops floors and cleans walls, windows, and baseboards.
• Moves equipment and furniture for cleaning and places them back.
• Sanitizes surfaces and follows the eight-step cleaning procedure.
• Performs tasks in accordance with federal, state and county guidelines.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs and refinishes floors and shampoos carpets.
• Completes tasks assigned by supervisor and maintains a professional image.
