Job summary

Ecolab is seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our Garland, TX facility. The role focuses on accurate material handling, inventory tracking, cycle counts, and SAP-based processes to ensure material integrity and operational efficiency.

You'll participate in physical inventories, manage off-spec material, and support continuous improvement initiatives within a safety-focused environment. Forklift experience is required, and sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of Inventory Management or Supply Chain experience.
• SAP experience.
• Forklift experience.
• Immigration sponsorship not offered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Complete cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Run reports daily/weekly/monthly including production and cycle counting reports.
• Audit production sheets and inventory documents for accuracy.
• Manage off-spec and old material for write-off or disposal.
• Coordinate and lead physical inventories.
• Assist in sampling from Materials Control.
• Review label stock to ensure proper stock.
• Track pallets and order pallets as needed.
• Support daily labeling/counting/planning activities.
• Manage virtual inventories and shipments in SAP; audit receipts and SAP transactions; train personnel on inventory systems.
• Active role in WMS implementation and sustainment.
• Follow safety and plant procedures and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
