Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts for assigned locations and establish cycle count schedules.
• Coordinate and oversee daily cycle counts of inventory assets and investigate discrepancies (shortages/overages).
• Audit processes and paper flows to identify inconsistencies affecting inventory accuracy.
• Maintain inventory areas with efficient material handling and storage practices.
• Maintain cycle count records and generate management reports on activity.
• Update and review inventory targets and policies per corporate guidelines; conduct quarterly inventories.
• Collaborate with clerical staff to research discrepancies and authorize adjustments to physical inventory.
• Coordinate damaged/defective products and ensure proper accounting and resolution.
