3–5 years of industrial experience and knowledge of electrical troubleshooting are required. You will perform PMs, document activities in the CMMS, and train level 1 technicians as needed. The position emphasizes safety, 5S housekeeping, and the ability to work with minimal supervision on a fast-paced shift.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on industrial maintenance experience or a technical degree with 3+ years in maintenance.
• Knowledge of 1-phase and 3-phase electrical troubleshooting, and ability to read schematics.
• Familiar with LOTO and Arc Flash safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily checks to identify and address mechanical issues.
• Assist other Maintenance Techs as directed by leadership.
• Execute preventive maintenance procedures on machinery and equipment.
• Help establish maintenance and PM procedures for systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components.
• Install and connect electrical fixtures, plumbing, and wiring for safe operation.
• Evaluate equipment to determine repairs or part replacements; coordinate parts.
• Use CMMS to track activities, close work orders, and record data.
• Maintain 5S in the shop and wear PPE; notify supervisor of faults.
