Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for Oklahoma City, OK, with a Mon–Fri 4:00–8:00 PM schedule. This in-home role offers $23/hour billable, with a BCBA-supervised caseload and a clear pathway for supervision hours toward BCBA certification.

You will deliver direct therapy, collect data, and collaborate with families and BCBAs. Case assignments are flexible within your availability, and postings are updated as cases match clients.

Qualifications

• Deliver direct therapy per treatment plan written by the BCBA.
• Collect session data and submit notes for the work you do.
• Supervision and ongoing feedback provided by BCBA.
• Flexible, in-home opportunities with evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per plan.
• Work with BCBA-directed plan and family support.
• Maintain notes and data; non-billable time paid.
• Participate in supervision and competency assessments.
