Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or equivalent licensure.
• Experience caring for geriatric or disabled clients in home or long-term care.
• Ability to assist with ADLs with empathy and patience.
• Knowledge of home health care regulations and client confidentiality.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and safe transfer techniques.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Hoyer lift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Provide companionship and ensure comfort and safety.
• Follow each client's care plan and document care provided.
• Maintain accurate records of care delivered.
