Job summary

ComForCare Home Care – Central DuPage is seeking a reliable CNA, Caregiver, or HHA to provide personalized in-home support for a client. This evening-shift, part-time role offers meaningful one-on-one care in a private home.

You will assist with ADLs, mobility, companionship, and meal support while following the care plan and communicating with the care team. Experience in senior care is preferred; compassionate, patient, and dependable caregivers are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Caregiving or senior-care experience preferred.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans.
• Compassionate, patient and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Providing personal care and hygiene support.
• Assisting with dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Providing mobility assistance and safe transfers.
• Supporting evening meals and meal preparation.
• Providing companionship and social engagement.
• Offering medication reminders as outlined in the care plan.
• Helping with the client's evening routine.
• Assisting with light housekeeping related to the client's care.
• Supporting fall-prevention and home-safety practices.
• Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition following the care plan.
• Communicating appropriately with the office and care team.
