Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CRSS or CPRS certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree acceptable as alternative.
• Valid driver’s license and private automobile insurance required.
• Basic computer proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, EMR.

Responsibilities

• Complete all required documentation (assessments, treatment/recovery plans, progress notes, funder paperwork) on time.
• Ensure all assessments and treatment/recovery plans are completed before due dates.
• Submit at least 80% of progress notes within 48 hours of service delivery.
• Provide services based on individualized treatment, recovery, or safety plans.
• Meet productivity expectations and complete pre-authorizations accurately and timely.
• Conduct screenings for new housing referrals when assigned.
