Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
CRSS or CPRS certification preferred.
Bachelor’s degree acceptable as alternative.
Valid driver’s license and private automobile insurance required.
Basic computer proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, EMR.
Responsibilities
Complete all required documentation (assessments, treatment/recovery plans, progress notes, funder paperwork) on time.
Ensure all assessments and treatment/recovery plans are completed before due dates.
Submit at least 80% of progress notes within 48 hours of service delivery.
Provide services based on individualized treatment, recovery, or safety plans.
Meet productivity expectations and complete pre-authorizations accurately and timely.
Conduct screenings for new housing referrals when assigned.
