Job summary

ZMC Hotels is seeking a versatile maintenance/housekeeping associate to keep Towneplace Suites and Hampton Inn & Suites Harmarville running smoothly. You will clean, stock supplies, perform basic repairs, assist with laundry, and help the team deliver a great guest experience.

You must be able to lift up to 30 pounds, work weekends, and thrive in a busy hotel environment. This role offers flexible scheduling, seasonal and full-time opportunities, and room for advancement.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are looking for a busy bee to keep the hotel running at tip top shape. This role will be in charge of keeping the hotel clean, stocked, and maintained. Each day will be different and require job responsibilities such as collecting and running laundry, emptying trash, hotel cleanliness inside and outside, and maintenance tasks. Cleaning may be sweeping, vacuuming, or wiping glass windows/doors. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. This position will work at both Towneplace Suites and Hampton Inn & Suites in Harmarville. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• This position will be inside hotel rooms or outside on the grounds of the property.
• Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services.
• Perform work in a timely manner.
• There will always be something different needing to be maintained or fixed, so you will have variety in this position.
• Empty trash inside and outside.
• Help housekeeping staff.
• Work in a team environment and assist and support all members of the team to ensure a great hotel stay experience for the guests.

Qualifications

• Have some previous experience in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
• General maintenance and repair knowledge.
