Job summary

Texas Health Stephenville is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for a part-time evening shift (4:00 PM–8:30 PM) at 411 Belknap, TX 76401. Role focuses on cleaning patient areas, stocking supplies, and maintaining infection control standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months related experience, plus good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training and leadership support are provided.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned area(s) according to procedure to meet established infection control, sanitation and safety guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, pulling trash, pulling dirty linen, cleaning sinks, commodes, countertops, showers and beds.
• Replenish linen and other supplies i.e., paper towels, trash bags, toilet tissue, etc. in assigned area.
• Replenish supplies on housekeeping carts or in assigned areas to prepare work area for next service period.
• Responsible for keeping all equipment clean and reporting all broken equipment to the supervisor.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
