Job summary

Quad/Graphics is hiring a 3rd Shift Full-Time Housekeeper for our Sussex, WI facility. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe environment according to Quad's standards.

The position reports to the Housekeeping Lead and may fill in for Quad/Care (Onsite) and Quad Medical as needed. Key duties include cleaning floors, restrooms, and common areas, using carpet cleaners or floor buffers, and ensuring supplies remain stocked.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Experience using professional carpet cleaners and/or floor buffers is a plus.
• Excellent attendance and safety records, satisfactory job performance in current position.
• Positive attitude and ability to work unsupervised, take direction and coordinate tasks.
• Must be a team player and able to work with others.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, reach and climb ladders up to heights of 10 feet.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds from a standing position.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Flexible to work additional time and any shift when needed.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, dust and vacuum facilities.
• Clean, sanitize and maintain restrooms, break and lunch areas.
• Empty waste receptacles.
• Clean glass and mirrors.
• Check and refill all dispensers (paper and hygiene products).
• Use safety measures to alert others of hazards.
• Notify maintenance of repairs/maintenance and relamping.
• Clean carpets and floors; wax floors.
• Other housekeeping tasks as needed.
