Ho-Chunk, Inc.’s Dynamic Systems division, located at Sheppard AFB, seeks a dependable Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness, safety, and order across assigned facilities. This full-time role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or with a team.

The position offers union benefits and a 5pm–12am schedule. Applicants should be prepared to uphold cleaning standards, safety guidelines, and efficient communication with supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior custodial or janitorial experience; healthcare or medical setting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and proper storage and disposal practices.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules to maintain assigned areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas.
• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning supplies and tools.
• Use cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety standards and manufacturer instructions.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Ensure compliance with facility cleaning standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and priorities.
