ABOVE & BEYOND NANNY SERVICES INC is seeking a part-time Household Manager / Family Assistant in Minneapolis, MN. You will support a busy family with meals, laundry, light housekeeping, and evening routines during weekday afternoons.

Two children are in the home but do not require care; the role focuses on keeping the household orderly, anticipating needs, and reducing the parents’ mental load so family time is more meaningful.

Qualifications

• Experience in household management, nannying, or family assistant roles.
• Proactive, self-directed, and able to anticipate needs.

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation for family, weekly planning, and kitchen organization.
• Manage laundry, organize living spaces, and rotate seasonal items.
• Light housekeeping including post-meal kitchen resets and tidying.
• Evening family support to create calm transitions and reduce parental load.
