Job summary

Chick-fil-A Newington is seeking an Evening Hospitality Specialist to warmly welcome guests and provide exceptional service in a social, fast-paced dining room. You’ll engage with guests, refresh beverages, and help families, while ensuring cleanliness and replenishing supplies.

The role is part-time with evening shifts (4:00-8:00 p.m.), typically 2–5 evenings per week. Enjoy free meals during shifts, flexible scheduling, Sundays off, and a chance to grow with a values-driven team.

• Empty trash and keep guest areas neat.
• Notice what needs attention and stay productive without constant direction.
• Support the Front of House team when needed.

Do you enjoy meeting new people and helping others feel welcome? Chick-fil-A Newington is looking for a friendly and social Evening Hospitality Specialist to care for our guests and help create a warm, inviting dining-room experience.

This role is about much more than keeping the dining room clean. You'll connect with guests, offer assistance, and look for small ways to make someone's visit better - all while making sure our dining room and restrooms remain clean, comfortable, and ready for every guest.

Hours We are Looking For

This is a flexible, part-time evening position with shifts generally available Monday through Saturday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. We're looking for someone who can work approximately two to five evenings per week.
