Astrana Health, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeping Aide for evening shifts at our hospital campus in Tustin, CA.

This role focuses on cleaning patient areas, nursing stations, and common spaces to maintain a safe, sanitary environment in line with infection prevention protocols. The ideal candidate will have housekeeping or healthcare cleaning experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, environmental services, janitorial, or healthcare cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of patient rooms, nursing stations, work areas, hallways, lounges, storage rooms, laboratories, restrooms, offices, and other assigned areas.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, orderly, and attractive environment that is free from dust, debris, and offensive odors.
• Follow established Environmental Services procedures and infection prevention protocols.
• Properly use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Collect and dispose of waste and soiled materials in compliance with facility standards.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests and support departmental goals.
• Report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
