Job summary

• Complete Catering to You Training modules and pass competency test.

Responsibilities

• Follow oral and written instructions and policies.
• Read and comprehend patient menus to assemble trays.
• Take patients' menu selections before meals.
• Adhere to diet and allergy restrictions and provide alternatives as needed.
• Assemble and deliver patient trays accurately and on time.
• Maintain tray presentation, cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Deliver trays to patient rooms courteously and professionally.
• Conduct patient satisfaction rounds and support service recovery.
• Maintain infection control and HIPAA guidelines.
• Assist in dishroom/servers as needed.
