Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel within the service area and pass a drug screen.
• Experience in personal care activities and monitoring vital signs.

Responsibilities

• Accompany patients to doctor’s office or hospital.
• Administer simple prescribed medications.
• Assist with clients' personal care activities.
• Monitor patients and report on their condition.
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
