Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC is seeking caregivers to provide warm, compassionate personal care and companionship to residents in our communities. You will assist with daily activities and help residents stay engaged in community programs.

Qualifications

• You have a positive attitude and love working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; CNA/HHA/CHHA certification is a plus.
• Certification as CNA/HHA/CHHA with Medication Aide is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor changes in residents’ needs and collaborate with the Nurse to update care plans.
• Encourage participation in community programs and activities.
