• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care services (bathing, dressing, grooming) and assistance with ADLs/IADLs.
• Assist with medication management, nutrition, and hydration.
• Encourage client independence and support daily routines.
• Develop positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Report changes or concerns to the nurse or supervisor.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on best practices.
