Advantage Nursing Services is seeking Homecare Nurses for evening shifts in Aurora, IL. Positions available include full-time, part-time, and PRN with shifts 3pm-9pm, Monday through Friday. Benefit from flexible schedules, weekly pay with direct deposit, and comprehensive health coverage.

You will provide one-on-one patient care, monitor conditions, document charts, and support daily activities while following physician care plans. Active IL nursing license and CPR certification required.

Qualifications

• Active IL nursing license.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• 1 on 1 patient care.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
• Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
• Assist patient in daily activities.
• Take and record vitals.
• Provide caregiver relief.
