Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a part-time Laundry Aide in Honey Brook, PA. You will perform day-to-day laundry tasks to meet patients' needs, while maintaining a professional, respectful environment and following Life Care standards.

The role requires reliability, adherence to policies, and teamwork within a hospital-like post-acute setting. Previous health care exposure is preferred, with shift from 2pm-10pm and a six-day pay period, including every other weekend.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Prior health care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform day to day laundry tasks: collecting, sorting, ironing, folding, stacking, hanging, and distributing
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients
• Assist in the evacuation of patients
• Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance
• Concentrate, use reasoning and good judgment
• Communicate and function on an interdisciplinary team
• Read, write, speak, and understand English
