Taylor Corporation is seeking a Guillotine Cutter to join our production team. You will set up and operate printing and production equipment, monitor quality and help keep jobs moving safely and efficiently through the manufacturing process.

The role requires strong math skills, a good mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and follow work instructions. You will work with the production team to prioritize jobs and meet deadlines while adhering to safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to set and adjust equipment to required tolerances.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
• Regularly able to remain in a stationary position and operate machinery.
• Able to move up to 25+ pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate printing and production equipment according to job specifications and quality standards.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance to support reliable operation.
• Prepare inks for proper color and consistency.
• Verify paper type, size, color, and quantity.
• Check plates and job materials for accuracy.
• Inspect products throughout the production run to ensure quality.
• Prioritize jobs with the production team and adjust workflow to meet deadlines.
• Follow all safety requirements for the job and equipment.
