Job summary

Swig Coppell Market is hiring for a flexible, entry-level team member to greet guests, prepare drinks and food, and keep the store clean. You’ll contribute to a fast-paced, fun environment where every customer leaves with a happy moment.

Requirements include being at least 16, a food handler's permit, and reliable transportation. Prior restaurant experience is a plus and growth is encouraged.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig's procedures.
• Greet guests and communicate clearly with teammates for a seamless experience.
• Keep dining room, outdoor areas and workspaces clean and organized.
• Help with prep, stocking, and staging to stay efficient.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain food rotation and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Suggest add-ons and specials to enhance the guest experience.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as needed.
