Job summary

Vonachen Group in DeWitt, IA is seeking a General Cleaner for the 2nd shift (evenings). This part-time role focuses on high-quality cleaning, safety compliance, and dependable service to a diverse client base.

You will dust, sweep, mop, restrooms, stock supplies, and report hazards while maintaining schedule from 4:30 to 7:30 pm, Monday through Friday, earning $14.00 per hour with 401(k) eligibility after 60 days and daily pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high-level of performance.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.
• Stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs; evenings schedule.

Responsibilities

• Clean, including, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning, gathering and emptying trash bins in designated building areas following all health and safety regulations.
• Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms as needed.
• Inform management immediately of any potential safety risks or hazards and/or needed repair work.
• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after hours.
• Complete other duties and special trainings as assigned by the supervisor.
