Job summary

ESFM is hiring a full-time janitor for the Corpus Christi, TX location at Koch – 2825 Suntide Road. The role runs Monday–Friday, 2:30 pm–11:00 pm, with full training provided. The successful candidate will perform heavy cleaning, trash disposal, floor care, and sanitization across assigned areas to maintain a safe, healthy facility.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Willing to train for the role.
• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 pm–11:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly; performs heavy cleaning duties.
• Collects and disposes of trash following procedures.
• Dusts and damp mops floors; moves equipment for cleaning.
• Cleans assigned areas; sanitizes surfaces; follows eight-step procedure.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture; maintains a safe environment.
• Performs tasks per supervisor directions and compliance requirements.
