Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a dedicated Operator for a Sunday-Thursday night shift (5pm-1:30am) at our Walton, KY facility. Primary duties include operating a forklift to load, unload, and transport goods, with attention to accuracy and safety in a high-volume warehouse environment.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of forklift experience, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, pass pre-employment screening, and be willing to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year forklift experience.
• Able to move and lift up to 50 pounds in a warehouse environment.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Overtime and schedule adjustments may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently in warehouse settings.
• Load and unload trailers and railcars; transport items to designated areas.
• Check inbound/outbound products for accuracy and damage.
• Use handheld scanners or equipment for warehouse management system compliance.
• Perform daily maintenance inspections of equipment.
• Maintain a clean, orderly facility and collaborate with team members.
