Job summary

PLA, a national supply chain solutions provider, is seeking a Sit Down Forklift Operator for Team D in Commerce City, CO. The role focuses on loading/unloading trailers, inventory organization, and precise documentation, with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

The position offers a structured schedule (3:30 pm–2:00 am, Thu–Sun), competitive hourly pay, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k). A forklift certification test is provided on-site.

Qualifications

• 6 months forklift experience preferred.
• Proficiency operating a sit-down forklift.
• Must pass PLA forklift certification test (on-site certification provided).
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets to and from trailers with precision.
• Move pallets to correct locations to maintain organization.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and ensure safe operating condition.
• Safely refuel/charge propane or electric tanks as needed.
• Verify counts and document loads accurately for trailer shipments.
• Maintain clean, safe and orderly warehouse conditions.
• Support other areas of warehouse as needed.
