Job summary

Alleguard, a leader in protective foam solutions, is seeking an experienced forklift operator to move EPS material safely within our Monticello facility. The goal is to keep materials and products in the right place to maximize efficiency.

This hourly, full-time role requires at least two years of forklift experience, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 5:00pm to 1:00am, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years forklift operator experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate lift trucks and perform safety checks before use.
• Move, load, unload, and stack products in designated areas.
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Inspect machinery and perform maintenance as needed to ensure safety.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
