Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator in our Kentucky distribution center. The role uses powered standup forklifts to move products throughout the facility and requires comfort with heights up to 20 feet.

The position offers a stable, team-focused environment with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits. Primary duties include transporting goods to designated locations, accurately identifying products, and ensuring safe handling from loading to placement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift and RF Utility experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English sufficiently for safety and task execution.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and transport product to assigned slots.
• Identify product to be selected, sorted, and placed.
• Follow aisle specifications for product sorting and placement.
• Enter assigned product for each shift into the system.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to products and equipment.
• Other duties may be assigned.
