Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring immediately for a full time FOOD SERVICE UTILITY position at 320 Porter Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14201. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with pay ranging from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour. Prior dishwashing experience is required.

The role maintains kitchen work areas and equipment, supports clean operations, and participates in various duties across the facility. Benefits and campus perks are available; online applications accepted only.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and handles sanitation of garbage receptacles.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
• Loads/unloads and delivers supplies and products.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Follows sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
