Job summary

Compass Group USA, at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA, is seeking a full-time Food Service Worker to join our dining services. The shift is 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, with evenings required, and there is the possibility of training and meals while you work.

• Performs prep work like washing, peeling, cutting fruits and vegetables.
• Weights and measures ingredients.
• Transports food and supplies between stations, stove and refrigerator.
• Stores food with proper dating, rotation and safety procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Uses approved recipes and portion controls to ensure quality.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner and relays concerns to supervisor.
