You will support servers and the culinary team, ensure orders are correct from tickets, and maintain high cleanliness standards throughout service hours. This role requires energy, teamwork, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Two years of food and beverage bussing or runner experience.
• Ability to carry three entrées simultaneously over long distances.
• Able to read and understand kitchen tickets and seat numbers.
• Strong knowledge of food/beverage service and etiquette.
• Willingness to work long hours including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain personal hygiene and professional appearance.
• Communicate in English with guests.
• TEAM Coalition Alcohol Management certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen to guests promptly and accurately.
• Clear tables and assist bussers during peak periods.
• Lead communication between servers and culinary team to ensure order accuracy.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests to enhance the dining experience.
