Job summary

Stamford Health is seeking a fulltime temporary Employee Health Flu Vaccine RN to join the Employee Health Department. The role runs Monday through Friday, 1pm to 9pm, for a 37.5-hour schedule.

The ideal candidate is a CT-licensed RN, BSN preferred, with BLS certification and at least one year of nursing experience. Travel within 20 miles may be required. Stamford Health offers comprehensive benefits, on-site parking, and a supportive, worker-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Valid CT nursing license.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Active driver's license required.
• Travel within 20 miles to off-site locations may be needed.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and administer influenza vaccination to all organizational workforce members.
• Interact clinically with all levels and categories of personnel.
• Follow CDC/JCAHO/DPH guidelines for influenza vaccination.
• Support infection prevention during vaccination campaigns.
